What is Hyrox?

Classes will incorporate a mixture of the movements included in the Hyrox race (running, rowing, skiing, burpee broad jumps, sled pushing & pulling, wall balls, farmer carries and lunges) as well as other functional movements both body-weight and weighted (squats, push ups, sit ups etc).
Workouts will vary in style and length from day to day, using a mixture of intervals, longer steady state sessions and some strength work for upper and lower body pushing and pulling.
How Do I Start?
If you are interested in giving Hyrox a try for yourself we offer each new client the chance to experience 2 weeks of unlimited classes with our ‘Intro Pass’ for just €20. This gives new clients a chance to get a proper feel for all class types and coaches to see if we are the right fit for them.
