Silvers

Our ‘Silvers’ class aims to promote active ageing by incorporating functional strength movements with the goal of maintaining muscle mass and bone density, both of which are crucial to maintaining independence and reducing the risk of falls and injuries as we age. This class is very beginner friendly and we can meet each participant at a level that suits them.

Classes run on a Monday & Wednesday at 12:00pm, if this is of interest to you or you know anyone that might benefit from this get in touch today.

How Do I Start?

If you are interested in giving Silvers a try for yourself we offer each new client the chance to experience 2 weeks of unlimited classes with our ‘Intro Pass’ for just €20. This gives new clients a chance to get a proper feel for all class types and coaches to see if we are the right fit for them. Just go to the home page on our website and click on “Purchase an Intro Pass” option and fill in your details, we will take care of the rest.
